Went smoothly with minimum disruption

I met Colin by chance on a flight from London to Glasgow a few years ago and I asked for his card as I liked his matter-of-fact approach. A few years later we needed an overhaul of our television system in our house. I still had his card so called him and told him what I thought we needed. He came to the house and we got our quote. Here's the interesting bit.... He then said that he thought we didn't need what I'd asked him for. The re-quote saved us a lot of money. The wiring all went smoothly with minimum disruption and the HD televisions all work when we switch them on! Not bad considering the house is 150 years old. Very Impressed by the work done. .
